AUDIO-VISUAL REQUIREMENTS
IN PERSON
PLEASE NOTEÂ : Isabelle's conference is far from being a standard presentation since it's rich in multimedia content.Â
Please ensure that your technicians confirm with you that they have read and understood the important information explained here :

Handheld microphone

A small table on stage where Isabelle can put her laptop and plug it into electricity. Please note : the laptop CANNOT be at the console in the back of the room.

Powerful sound system (as if we were in a club)

Screen and video projector. The HDMI (or VGA) cable should be brought to the stage, and the projector should already be adjusted to the screen or white wall (Isabelle has all the adapters).

The AUDIO cable (XLR or 1/8) should already be set up on the stage and pre-tested. Isabelle has a portable DI Laptop SoundPort that connects to an XLR and to the MacBook using a 1/8 cable.
IMPORTANT :Â Audio cable clarification: The sound should come out through the headphone port (1/8) of the MacBook Pro. The audio MUST NOT go through the HDMI.
TO MAXIMIZE THE EXPERIENCE AND THE SYNERGY BETWEEN THE PARTICIPANTS,
HERE ARE OUR PREFERENCES ON HOW TO ORGANIZE THE ROOMÂ :
ROOM ORGANIZATION : SYNERGY AND PHYSICAL PROXIMITY
When possible, rooms arranged in THEATER-style seating create the most powerful effect for the group.
THEATRE-STYLEÂ : the optimal arrangement in terms of proximity between participants.

ON STAGE INTRODUCTION :
Fascinated by courage, psychology of performance, and psychology of influence, ISABELLE FONTAINEÂ loves to share all kinds of tools and strategies based on the latest research from the domain of neuroscience and neurobiology of emotions.
Her intention is to show her audiences how to discover personal, inner resources that are often not exploited, or even ignored.
ISABELLE is the author of two best sellers; EMPOWER and LE COURAGE: COMMENT L’ACTIVER?
Before starting her career as a keynote speaker, ISABELLE taught at the Université du Québec à Montréal and at the École Polytechnique de Montréal. Please have a warm welcome for ISABELLE FONTAINE !
